Returns

  1. What is your return policy for defective products?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at contact@backyardfreaks.com.au for a resolution. We will assist you with the return process.

  1. Can I return non-defective items?

Yes, you may return non-defective items as long as they are in new condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

  1. What are the conditions for returning items?

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Only items in new condition are eligible for returns.

  1. How do I initiate a return?

To return an item, send it by mail to our return address:

Please note that you are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

  1. Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.


Exchanges

  1. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
